Эта израильская компания занимается созданием виджетов для таких платформ и сервисов, как iPhone, Android, iGoogle и другие и обслуживает более 40 миллионов пользователей. Штат компании LabPixies будет интегрирован в тель-авивское подразделение и займется развитием сервиса iGoogle в Европе, на Среднем Востоке и в Африке.

С их помощью пользователь сможет получить быстрый доступ к наиболее необходимой ему в данный момент информации прямо со своей стартовой страницы в браузере. Сама компания LabPixies отмечает, что приобретение ее Google не изменит основной концепции ее работы и даже даст ей больше возможностей для предоставления пользователям все большего количества интересных виджетов. Финансовые условия сделки Google и LabPixies не разглашают.
